You may have heard the term "SEL" in educational settings. It stands for Social and Emotional Learning, and it is a huge part of what our educators do on a day-to-day, hour-by-hour, and minute-by-minute basis. Of course, academic success is ALWAYS a top priority; however, we realize that helping our students understand and practice social skills among their peers in a safe school setting is also essential to their success. Toward that end, we wanted to share some resources that may help you better understand SEL.

For more information on SEL, please visit the Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education's Social and Emotional Resources Page.
