A 1989 graduate of Hoxie High School, I am excited to be employed by my alma mater.
I have been in education for 19 years, teaching both middle school and high school social studies, at Green Forest in northwest Arkansas, Tuckerman, and in Clarendon on the banks of the White River in east-central Arkansas.
I have also tried my hand at sponsoring the Yearbook, the school newspaper, Jr. and Sr. High Quiz Bowl, and as an EAST facilitator.
For two years, I served as the High School Library Media Specialist, at Clarendon. A position I now hold at HHS.
I hold a BSE in Secondary Social Studies from William's Baptist College, a Master's in Educational Theory and Practice from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, certification in grades 9-12 English and Journalism from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and a Master's in Library and Information Media from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Bubba Endsley, for 12 years. He has recently retired after working for Woodruff Electric (a rural electric coop) for 42years. We have 5 daughters-Stacy (age 30), Heidi (age 28), Bethany (age 25), Sierra (age 23), and Sara (age 19).
We have also been blessed with four grandsons, Jaxton and Tycen, both of which belong to Heidi and Tyler Kennedy, of Walnut Ridge, and Brody and Kreston, whose proud parents are Stacy and Jason, of Roe, Arkansas.
While I have a residence in Holly Grove, AR, during the school year I live in a quaint little cabin on the back-side of Lake Charles, in Powhatan.
